​Jessica has been working in the Medical Billing industry for 12 years.
​
She started her journey after completing a Medical Claims and Billing program, and then working 5+ years as a Medical Billing Specialist. Jessica handled denied claims, called insurance adjusters daily and fought for payments with the insurance companies, when claims were payable. Jessica also negotiated payments for auto accident claims throughout MI. Michigan -Medicaid and Medicare, Chiropractic and Physical Therapy claims were also at the top of her daily to-do list.

In 2019, Jessica connected with her partners and together they helped build an incredible team of hard working and loyal individuals: with one goal in mind:
Successful collections for each client, little to no claim denials, and any follow up work handled within 30 days of a denied claim or rejected claim, to collect the insurance payment.
Branching outside of Michigan, and billing out for other states has been a fun and exciting part of the team's journey. With it comes new learning and growth opportunities within the Medical Billing field.
With a growth mindset within the billing team, we are continuously striving to keep clients satisfied. By fully taking care of the incoming flow of revenue, each and every month, we collect as much A/R as possible!

Davinder has been working in the Medical Billing industry for 20 years.
Davinder is an exceptional team leader who holds extreme knowledge in the Revenue Cycle Management field. For the past seven years, he has directed and managed many groups of billing employees within the office setting. (all within one group office setting for maximum and efficient results.)

Davinder has extensive knowledge and direct experience on the credentialing processes and requirements for states like Ohio, Florida, California, Michigan, Georgia, Tennessee and more.

Adam has been enjoying working in the Medical Billing industry for 7 years now.
He is the main communicator for all of clients at MMB. He is also busy managing the billing teams in the office, as well as leading the Credentialing Specialists team.
​
Adam enjoys meeting the needs of clients. His focus on daily progress, discussing goals and growth for the client, successful claims being submitted, and a strong focus on accurate high quality work going out helps our billing team stand strong.
Adam also holds extensive knowledge in the credentialing, EFT enrollment and start up process for 20+ states. He enjoys helping new Providers get up and running.
